NIST Level 1: sUAS Basic Proficiency Evaluation

This offering is based upon the Position and Traverse Level 1 Basic Proficiency Test Methods for sUAS developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Remote Pilots have to demonstrate positive control of aircraft in the presence of a qualified and trained proctor. Remote pilots must meet specific requirements to successfully complete the course and achieve a certificate.
